'Owner direct' bookings are made directly between the guest and the property owner through this website.  Please note - a benefit to you is that you are NOT charged the customary 8% Hotel Tax.  The only tax charged on your booking is 5% Canadian GST.

Make your booking by clicking on the 'BOOK NOW' button from your chosen property page.  All properties on this website use the trusted 'Allura direct-vacations' booking engine for taking secure online bookings.  By clicking on a property's 'BOOK NOW' button you will be taken directly to the Allura Direct booking engine where you can make a secure online payment for that property. You will automatically receive a series of emails via the Allura direct-vacations engine giving you instructions on what to do next, along with receipts and check-in information.  It is important that when making your booking you use a reliable contact email address at which you can be contacted up to the date of your arrival.

You can view booking terms & conditions on each property page (terms may differ slightly between properties).  You will be required to agree to these terms upon making your booking.

The owner will normally require a 25% reservation deposit and the balance payment 45 days prior to arrival - if your booking is made less that 45 days prior to arrival full payment is required at the time of booking.  Please check that you're happy to agree to the terms of your chosen property before booking. 

On making your booking you will be provided with clear instructions and directions for your arrival by email. For all guests who book through this website there is a 24hr Emergency helpline available to you for the duration of your stay. Every Condo and Penthouse has a secure Keypad entry system (you will be provided with an entry code).  Therefore there are no keys and it is not necessary for a 'meet & greet' or personal check-in on arrival which leaves you free to arrive in your own time without commitments. 

The Raven is in the perfect Happy Valley location.  Happy Valley offers many non-skiing activities including the huge outdoor Skating rink and the Mega Coaster tube rides and Cross Country Trails.  From The Raven it’s a short walk to the Gondola and a free ride (in less than 5 minutes) to ski lifts and the village centre where you'll find shops and many restaurants, the kids centre and the ski/board school.
